- The rental fee includes the following:
- • we offer the venue for a discount price for weddings on Fridays and Sundays, which is HUF 395 000 + VAT
- • tables and chairs for seating your guests
- • free parking for 50 cars
- • air-conditioning and heating
- • one-time cleaning
- • use of the mobile walls
- • the rent above applies to events and weddings in 2023

- The rental fee includes the following:
- • the rental fee is applicable for Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays during this specific period
- • chairs for seating your guests
- • free parking for 50 cars
- • air-conditioning and heating
- • one-time cleaning
- • use of the mobile walls
- • the rent above applies to events and weddings in 2023
- We ask for a security deposit above the rental fee, its rate is at least 100 000 HUF, but it may change depending on the event.
- Catering is exclusive provided by Budapest Party Service.
- Security staff: HUF 5 000 / guard / hour + VAT (minimum 2 guards for at least 6 hours – obligatory)
- Conference equipment parameters: rental fee of the projectors and sound equipment is 95 000 HUF + VAT, which includes: 6 speakers, 2 wireless microphones, 2 wired microphones, 6 channel mixer, 2 projectors (4000 ANSI lumen, automated screen – 230x300cm), WIFI, 1 technician for maximum 12 hours (each additional hour is HUF 3 500 / technician / hour + VAT) (Magyarban itt nem szerepel az ÁFA, pedig kéne!)
- Cleaning staff on duty: HUF 4 500 / staff / hour + VAT (minimum 6 hours)
- Cloakroom staff: HUF 4 500 / guard / hour + VAT (minimum 6 hours)
- Parking fee (above the 50 gratis parking slots): HUF 1 772 / car / day + VAT
